The path to pregnancy is a varied experience for every woman, shaped by a blend of emotional, physical, and social factors. From the hopeful anticipation of the two-week wait after conception attempts to the rollercoaster of emotions during each menstrual cycle, the experience can be filled with highs and lows, heartbreak and disappointment, and awe.
We often don’t get to peek behind the curtain of any challenging experiences, so when it happens to us, we feel alone and just see pregnant women everywhere.
, writer of shares her authentic story of trying to conceive (TTC) in a recent Substack article. 3GenWell is short for 3 Generations Wellness, which is a nod to the “intimate intermingling between us, our grandmother, and mother.”Lily takes a practical approach to TTC while keeping open the emotional narratives that play out during this time. Head over to Lily’s article, leave a 💖 while you’re there, and let her know she has support.

Writer’s Tip!
I’ve been on Substack for almost a year and have picked up on a few things that go unnoticed by others. One of them is the “viral-ability” of Notes and Notes trends.
I’ve noticed that the latest viral Notes trend includes short Notes consisting of 4 - 6 short sentences.
Here’s an example:
Want viral notes?
Follow the Notes trends.
Got something to say?
Do it in 4 - 6 short sentences.
Less words, the better.
