Caitlin McColl, writer of Dose of Wonder, has a beautiful way with words as she navigates writing about some heavy topics.
I never thought I needed to “survive” the holidays until reaching 50. Like everything else, I just pushed through it, not really enjoying it and just trying to keep up with my to-do list. Now I understand why that wasn’t in my best interest. Read Caitlin’s article as she shares her wisdom so you, too, can bring back the joy of the holiday season.
Vibe: Real Expectations

There’s a lot of misinformation out there about what hormone therapy can and cannot do. Dr. Streicher looks at the facts and discusses her findings in her podcast episode “Hormone Therapy to Help the Heart”

In health,
Shelby, thank you so much for featuring one of my articles here! I'm glad it resonated. As for your other purpose, I have an autoimmune condition (overactive thyroid aka Graves disease) - that I have never written about (maybe I should? 🤔) but I'm looking forward to reading other women's submissions on this topic and how they navigate having an autoimmune condition (which can be challenging at times, especially when it goes unexpectedly out of whack!).
