So far, our Directory contains articles on:
women’s cancer - no publications yet, but I’ll continue actively promoting this to find one.
We’re lucky to have some incredible writers who genuinely invest their heart and soul into their work! I invite you to check out these wonderful articles in the Directory.

Vera Jerinic-Brodeur is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, RRCA certified Running Coach, and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach. Vera writes Everyday Strength, and I appreciate her honest perspective on health and wellness.
I especially enjoyed this article about coming to terms with our bodies and the aging process. I could relate to her personal experiences and the stories she tells. One line that truly stood out to me was, “Over the past half-century, my body has pretty much responded on demand.” This statement struck a chord because it reflects a truth I've come to recognize in my own life. For so long, I took the resilience and adaptability of my body for granted. It wasn't until I reached midlife that I began to understand how hard my body was working to achieve this.
The article beautifully captures the bittersweet nature of aging and the changes we experience.
Vibe: It’s all going to be okay
Sue Buffington has a master’s degree in career development and a facilitator certification in global career development. She writes Shadow & Light, which focuses on spiritual growth and self-discovery. She used to work helping young welfare recipients with employment and life skills. At any age, we have so much to offer younger generations, as Sue discovered recently when she helped her nephew with his job search.
Vibe: Still got it

“A woman with a voice is, by definition, a strong woman. But the search to find that voice can be remarkably difficult.” - Melinda Gates, philanthropist, businesswoman, and women/girls advocate.

In health,
CREATE ME FREE
https://createmefree.substack.com
My publication is about the complex relationship between art and health. In the past, I've said "mental health" or "psychology" but I've been digging deeper recently into what the term "health" or "wellness" even means.
Here are two key recent articles on that:
Is There Such a Thing as Intergenerational Health? https://createmefree.substack.com/p/is-there-such-a-thing-as-intergenerational
What Does Health Really Mean Anyway? https://createmefree.substack.com/p/exploring-what-does-health-really
I should add that my publication isn't specifically named as being for women and its open to all genders but the majority of the people interested in this publication, and my work in general, identify as women.
Howdy! Maggie here, I am a coach and work with ADHDers on their life and health 😊
