Today’s Women’s Health 365 Collective Directory “call for publications” topic is women’s health humor. 🤣
Substack writers, check out the section below for how to submit your work to the Directory. I’m excited to see your contributions to this week’s topic!
The remainder of this newsletter is divided into two sections: one for readers (aka all subscribers) and one for Substack writers. Read the section(s) that interest you.
Each week, I feature special articles on women’s health by our talented and knowledgeable writers. At the same time, writers are adding our impressive work to the Directory by topic. The Directory is the place to find great women’s health writing on Substack.
So far, our Directory topics: Mental Health | Autoimmune Issues | Menstrual Cycle Education and Issues | Neurodivergence | Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating Patterns | Cancer | Women’s Wellness (Fitness, Nutrition, etc..) | Women’s Medical Conditions & Experiences | Women’s Health Politics | Pregnancy | Sexual Health & Medicine | Midlife Health & Aging Medicine | Fertility & Reproduction
Today’s Featured Articles From Our Collective Members
has been writing her Substack, , for over a year. Her latest article is very timely (no pun intended), as we just switched the clocks ahead an hour in the U.S. this weekend. Since the kids were born 20 years ago, I’ve done a funny thing with changing the clocks. I don’t change it at night or in the morning. I go about my Sunday as if nothing has changed, and then I change the time in the afternoon. That way, it doesn’t interfere with my sleep. Of course, this assumes that I have no plans that day although it became a joke in my family (“Hey, I’m still on standard time here.”).
If they can make this all up, then I can, too.
Vibe: The over-50 crowd ticks to the beat of a different clock.
Saturday was International Women’s Day and
, who writes , wrote an insightful article about how we should celebrate all that we don’t do and encourages us to celebrate the decisions we make to refrain from certain activities and sidestep distractions, highlighting how these choices often lead to greater fulfillment and well-being.Jennifer and I both choose the same word of the year by coincidence - intention. So far, it sounds like she’s doing a good job honoring it.
Vibe: Permissive

In health,
Daylight Saving day should be called, Jet Lag day. Cause that's what it is, jet lag.
I'm grumpy and not hiding it today. Maybe if I saw daylight here the last 2 days, there might be something to celebrate 🥳
Instead, I'm hiding like the groundhogs til tomorrow.
May the glorious sun shine tomorrow!!
Howdy! Maggie here, I am a coach and work with ADHDers on their life and health 😊
