Congratulations, we did it!
It took 15 weeks to complete the project, but we now have a Women’s Health Directory for women’s health Substack articles and publications!
The Directory is a living document of our work across Substack. Writers, please continue to add your publications and articles throughout the year.
This works best with your help! Next time you’re looking for information on a specific women’s health topic, visit one of the pages below to read articles from our Collective members. While you’re visiting our Substacks, consider leaving a 💖, a comment, or subscribing.
Our Women’s Health Directory topics:
Mental Health | Autoimmune Issues | Menstrual Cycle Education and Issues | Neurodivergence | Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating Patterns | Cancer | Women’s Wellness (Fitness, Nutrition, etc..) | Women’s Medical Conditions & Experiences | Women’s Health Politics | Pregnancy | Sexual Health & Medicine | Midlife Health & Aging Medicine | Fertility & Reproduction | Women’s Health Humor | Perimenopause & Menopause
Today’s Featured Collective Writer
Today I’m featuring Collective writer,
and her publication , a supportive “newsletter and a podcast for breast cancer survivors who need to know they aren't alone.”Kathleen is working hard to remove the stigma of having a mastectomy by being featured several times topless. The negative perceptions and misunderstandings of mastectomies can only be overcome visually. There is artistry in these images, and they tell a personal story of overcoming challenges.
Kathleen aims to promote body confidence and encourage open discussions about breast cancer, resilience, and adapting to one’s body after a major change.
This is her latest article published March 24th.
