What I wish I'd known about eating disorders sooner
I specialize in helping women who struggle with binge eating, pulling from my own experience of a 25+ year battle with BED and helping hundreds of clients. Once food isn't taking up all of your brain space you then get to discover what is truly possible for your life.
4. Hi! Much of my work is dedicated to the field of disordered eating. I am a licensed psychologist and certified eating disorder specialist. I am also a mom, which occupies a ton of mental energy, so I write about that too. I just published a piece about both of my roles—navigating my son’s cleft palate surgery and how that has affected my therapeutic work.
